The beloved Frozen Ever After attraction at EPCOT is currently closed for some exciting enhancements, specifically the installation of new Audio-Animatronics featuring Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff. In the meantime, guests can enjoy a temporary setup that includes signage, an interactive game, and opportunities for pin trading.
Upon approaching the ride, visitors will notice a friendly sign stating: "Frozen Ever After is temporarily closed while we work on something worth melting for. Please enjoy the rest of your day in EPCOT!" This playful message sets the tone for what’s to come.
In lieu of the usual attraction experience, a large Connect 4 game has been made available for guests to engage with, adding a fun, interactive element to their day. Additionally, Cast Members are stationed near the entrance, ready to facilitate pin trading, which remains a popular pastime for many Disney fans.
As for the updates, following the recent success of Hong Kong Disneyland's World of Frozen opened in 2023, EPCOT's version of Frozen Ever After will also be enhanced with the same advanced Audio-Animatronic technology. This upgraded experience will feature lifelike figures of Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff, complete with articulated faces that bring these beloved characters to life in a new way.
The anticipated reopening of EPCOT’s Frozen Ever After is set for February 2026; however, an exact date has yet to be confirmed, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more details.
