Ticket information: Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal
Here are the ticketing details for our Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground, scheduled for Saturday, January 17 at 17:30 local time.
An allocation of 3,048 tickets has been allocated for this fixture, located in the Bridgford Stand.
All tickets will be issued as digital passes and must be added to a mobile device by leading client members before arriving at the City Ground. Please ensure the email address on file is current.
Tickets will be dispatched on Tuesday, January 13. If you have not received yours by Thursday, January 15, please contact Supporter Services at 020 7619 5000 (option 1).
Note that much of the Bridgford Stand features safe-standing areas with rail seating.
Children aged 4–13 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the stadium and will not be admitted without an accompanying person aged 18 or over.
Babies in arms and children in pushchairs will not be admitted.
Ticket purchases should reflect genuine intent to attend. The aim is to maximise attendance for as many supporters as possible and to keep away support strong and enthusiastic.
When attending away fixtures, ensure your match ticket is scanned. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure a correct scan at the turnstile.
If your ticket does not scan at the designated turnstile, or if a steward admits you via an alternate entrance, please ensure your ticket is scanned prior to entering the ground.
If any access issues arise on match day, speak to a steward or the hosting club’s ticket office before entering to verify attendance is recorded.
Arsenal monitors away attendance using access-control data from the host club. The club shares this data with Arsenal to confirm attendance or to adjust away loyalty points.
Documentation cannot be used as proof of away attendance, including photographs, receipts, travel or hotel bookings.
If an away ticket is not scanned, Arsenal will not have a record of attendance for that match and the corresponding away loyalty points will be removed from the member’s account for the relevant game.
The club reserves the right to apply further away-point adjustments for repeated issues, as described in Section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions for Season 2025-2026.
Away Ticket Exchange
To improve the ticketing experience, a new Away Ticket Exchange service will replace Away Ticket Transfer for the 2025-2026 season and will open once the away fixture sells out. Ticket collection remains in place alongside the Exchange program to ensure tickets go to genuine Arsenal supporters. Those instructed to collect tickets will receive an advance email with collection details.
If collecting duplicates on match day, photo ID will not be accepted; the name on the ticket must match the ID exactly. Third-party collections are not allowed.
